If you are looking for an opportunity in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Emerson has this exciting role for you! The S&OP Analyst will use analytical and quantitative methods in understanding, predicting and enhancing operations processes. This position will coordinate with internal customers to identify process improvement opportunities and define the requirements, timing, material, and distribution of products to continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of capacity planning, sales forecast and raw materials.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Trade Sales
· Leads the Analysis of Trade booking trends by entity.
· Handles Analysis of sales risk/upside by entity; proposes for Asia Pacific total on risk assessment.
· Responsible for Backlog profile analysis by entity and Asia Pacific as total and analysis on lead-time by Key of Business (KOB), entity, and dollars.
· Coordinates with sites on the reporting to ensure the report is timely and complete prior to the meeting.
· Coordinates and schedules meetings and work on the template change.
· Handles Final reporting and summary with MoM.
· In charge of all reports and presentation updates on trade sales-related
Asia Pacific S&OP
· Supports the S&OP manager in preparation of slide deck.
· Coordinates with each owner on slide submission and compilation.
· Follows up with individual owners on the actions monthly.
· Coordinates with other teams in scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Worldwide S&OP
· Updates the worldwide S&OP template to generate AP Charts / Tables to support the group.
· Coordinates with all owners regarding slide submission and report compilation.
AP Operations Meeting
· Works and coordinates with site owners to update plant SOP data.
· Supports organizer on taking meeting minutes.
AP Operations Report
· Supports several Operations reporting (PPR, Plant metrics, SVC / Parts Metrics / Perfect Execution)
· Handles ad hoc work based on request.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Knowledge on plant production processes, inventory control system, order management routines, and shipping/transportation scheduling procedures.
· Knowledge of raw materials, plant resources and an understanding of the Valve sales structure, product lines, and customer base.
· Analytical or mathematical, attention to detail skills
· Good problem-solving, planning, time management, BI, and data analysis skills.
· Ability to work with personnel in multi-functional areas.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Minimally 3 years of working experience with a relevant Degree.
· Any equivalent / level in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or any related field.
· Strong understanding of master scheduling process, policies, techniques, and tools, preferably APICS CPIM certify.
· Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts.
· Strong communication skills, both verbally and through written reports.
