Team Summary

Billing Operations is responsible for managing the various billing related systems and ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

The Asia Technology team has the mandate to ensure we deliver business and IT initiatives that deliver on Manulife’s strategic vision. • Lead the Asia Technology Strategic Planning exercise, ensure alignment of the plan with business objectives and monitor plan execution
