• To handle customer’s queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products through Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls.
• To achieve Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Target
• To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
