Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive NBFI coverage strategy aligned with our corporate banking goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships.
- Work closely with the Institutional Investors sector coverage team, as well as other product and sector coverage partners.
- Client Engagement and Business Development:
- Provide tailored financial solutions and advisory services for businesses such as financing, debt capital markets, hedging, cash clearing, trade and treasury
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NBFI sector.
- Originate deals, negotiate terms, and structure transactions.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across our product lines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or economics
- Minimum 6 years of experience with a track record in either:
- NBFI coverage, deal origination, and relationship management
- Global Markets/Capital Markets providing solutions to Insurers and Asset Managers
- A role within an NBFI that encompasses Financing, Risk Management or Investment
- Experience in financing, capital markets and hedging
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
