23. Submit annual energy and water conservation proposals for the Authority’s considerations. The Contractor shall also assist the Authority to evaluate as independent technical expert if proposal is by other vendors and recommend to the Authority on its viability. The energy and water conservation proposal shall be based on fundamental principles of reducing wastage, optimising usage, process improvements and an efficient technological approach.

24. Collect, collate, and prepare submission data/ documents as required by various government agencies including but not limited to BCA, PUB, MOE and NEA for the following submissions: BESS, Periodic Energy Audit, WEMP, PSTLES 2.0 and NEA Environmental Scorecard.

25. Compile and produce an annual Sustainability Report on Energy and Water End Use for TP. • To issue final specification/bill of materials for purchase order and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure budget and terms and conditions of purchases are met
