Job Purpose:

1. Quality Control

• Monitors the KPI targets of FPY, DPM and OTB
• Analysis of defect trends and engaging stakeholders to resolve defects at root cause.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production and System Acceptance and be assigned and responsible for product profile.

• Using statistical process controls, and required to review and analysis data, ensuring stability of processes assigned for Production or System Acceptance.
• Develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and provide insights to potential bottlenecks and resolving them at the root cause.
• Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance to ISO standards, and required to develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.
