Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level with 2 years of experience in contact centre or similar environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently in a face-paced environment while being a cohesive team member
• Self-directed, able to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Possess initiative to respond to customer’s needs with a commitment towards service excellence
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with applications for benefits and entitlement programs
• Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
• Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
• Assist clients with living independently in their own homes
• Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track clients’ service records
• Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
• Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements

Requirement and Skills

• Prior working experience in multi-national company collaborating with stakeholders from different countries.
• Possess strong and assertive verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Creative ability to devise communication strategies with IT, especially web media and video means of communication.
• Good and collaborative attitude to work as a professional in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Solid problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases in line with the key directive of Assist First, Verify Later
• Coordinate cases in an efficient and cost effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
• To be the first point of contact for members, end users, clients, service providers and colleagues
• To manage an allocated load of cases within the shift and ensure that it is communicated appropriately and efficiently in the transmission handover
• Ensure that sufficient logistic arrangements are made in timely and appropriate manner to meet the needs of members and clients.
• Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols
• Organise the full range of medical and security services for clients, utilising the internal resources of International SOS and external correspondents where necessary
• Positively promote company to other organisations.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years working experience
• Experience in call centers, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry an advantage
