• Manage daily patient's discharge and preparation of their bills including weekends and public holidays (on rotational basis).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business / Financial Studies;

The Customer Services Associate is responsible to present a welcoming experience to patients and customers In the lobby and at the entrances into Thomson Medical Centre (TMC).
