About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct and assist in sales activities and events to help the team with lead generation and conversions
• Assist Centre Team and Manager to ensure healthy centre growth at all times through providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover.
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads
• Assist Centre Team and Manager to execute and manage teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for your centre
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
• General Administration

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 1 - 2 years' experience specializing in customer service field
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and able to adapt to any work situation

Requirement

• Candidates must have least 10 years’ experience in Production support in a banking environment.
• Candidates must have exposure to technical requirements analysis, planning, configuration management, and hands-on technical skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Ability to analyse problems, provide short term, and long term solutions.
• Knowledge of SRE methodology for incident respond, application observability implementation.

Responsbilities

• Manage operating model to ensure support levels and effort sharing of operational tasks (e.g. monitoring of service availability and performance) with 1st and 2nd Level Support
• Execute required audits, controls (e.g. access rights), annual risk assessment in order to identify operational IT risks and manage related risk mitigations and actions. Manage IT Security process (e.g. firewalls) for service
• Managing the L2 Support for the day-to-day incidents/service requests and problems in the IT environment.
• Ensuring all SLAs defined for Production Support are met.
• Reviews and performs risk-assessment of operational changes affecting the owned IT-Service including the post-implementation review of the changes.
• Adjusts and approves release plans with the Application Responsible, ensuring all SLAs defined for Production Support are met. Identify hotspots and areas for continuous improvement.
• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identifies and monitors operational risks of an IT-Operation Service according to Risk Management.
• Support DR/BCP activities in assigned application areas and ensure smooth and seamless completion of activity within regulatory guidelines.
