• Position Title: Customer Service Support Driver/Customer Service cum Driver
• Working Location: Benoi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM-5.30 PM, 8.30 AM-6.00 pm, alternate Saturday, alternate working hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the movement of vehicles.
• Provide after-sales and customer care support, including vehicle orientation, servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and stakeholders.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Role & responsibilities:

• Support the Senior/ Service & Commissioning Engineer on site.
• Provide technical expertise and carryout service order assignments from the Service & Commissioning Manager/ Service & Commissioning Coordinator
• Field representative of the company to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, repair, test, and return equipment to service as required or instructed by a service order in a safe and effective manner.
• Create daily reports about the performed service tasks and all related issues and send them to the Service Mailbox
• Complete all the required documentation & write reports regarding the work

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good, basic, technical insight into electrical, hydraulic and basic mechanical engineering fundamentals
• 1 year of relevant experience as Service Engineer in Marine industry
• Candidates with no experience can apply as on-the-job training is provided
• Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
• Basic understanding of programming and industrial control systems is a plus
• Willing to travel abroad heavily and work overtime
• Positive, solution driven, hands on attitude.
• Can work well in a team but having a great level of self-management and independence
