What the role is

What you’ll do:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers consistently
• Assist customers with general enquiries about products, service process, our brand, refunds, cancellations and exchanges if any in a prompt and timely manner
• Resolve product or service challenges by clarifying the customer's queries; determine the cause of the situation; offer the best solution; expedite adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
• Assist customers over multi-channel communication platforms such as email, phone, text, social media (FB and IG) and face-to-face
• Collaborate with order fulfilment team to attend customer’s request to fulfil order
• On the job experience at our retail store to gain first hand face-to-face customer service experience
• Provide accurate, complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
• Provide feedback to improve the customer service process together with the team
• Support any other duties or responsibilities assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably Diploma, general education Degree or Hospitality related courses
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Comfortable using social media platforms, CRM systems to engage with customers across multiple digital channels
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, written and spoken
• Additional knowledge of another language (written or spoken) would be an advantage
• Experience in e-commerce/retail would be a plus
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Have a can-do attitude and is a problem solver
• Passion for the fashion and jewel

Customer Service Executive (Ocean Freights)

• 5 days 8:45am - 6pm
• work on Saturday once in every 3 months (9:30am - 12pm)
• S$2,500 - S$3,200 (Depends on Experiences)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sale department
• Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
• Preparation of documents for Import / Export/ Transhipments / D/O release
• Verifying for all costs
• Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
