• Handle general office administration work and assist in finance operations
• Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries and other reception duties in a courteous and professional manner
• Coordinate repair and maintenance vendors for office as well as courier/ delivery services
• Ensure office supplies are maintained at adequate levels at all time
• Partner with Finance team in handling simple accounting duties, such as data entry, cheques bank-in and finance documents filing, etc.
• Partner with HR team to support the implementation of company policies and procedures
• Prepare regular reports as assigned
• Offer assistance in organizing in-house and external meetings, appointments and events
• Provide administrative and HR support for the team when required
• Assist managers and superiors in ad-hoc projects as delegated

Requirements:

• O-Level or above
• At least 3 years’ related working experience in Admin field
• Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools and standard office equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organization, time management and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
• Good command in both written and spoken English

• Make sure smooth running of the Company’s computer systems and provide technical support to users both in office and on board vessels own/operated
• Support in implementation of new info-system management software

• At least 2 years of working experience in setting up and running new info-software systems

This role involves manging a variety of customer contracts and includes the following responsibilities:

· Overseeing contract matters, including account setup, contract activation and termination, vetting summaries, and maintaining physical contract documentation

· Managing meter-related tasks such as setup, activation, deactivation, and removal

· Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and retail policies

· Liaising and managing communication with external parties like MSSL and PowerGrid on customer-related issues

· Maintaining databases, including SAP, customer portals, and department mailboxes

· Supervising junior staff and ensuring that operational workflows and manuals are in place for staff training

· Administering and implementing processes in compliance with EMA and MSSL requirements

· Reviewing work processes to simplify, standardize, and automate them

· Handling ad-hoc projects as assigned
