Reporting to the Team Lead, you will manage various initiatives that would promote and strengthen strategic relations across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) and its stakeholders. What the role is

The Quality Service Branch (QSB), under the Clean Environment Group (CEG), handles cases related to pollution control and wastes management matters. In this role, we are looking for highly-motivated, dynamic and service-oriented individual to handle feedback, appeal and enquiries related to pollution control and waste management related issues. In addition, you will perform a wide range of duties focused on monitoring trends, and data analysis on various types of feedback to support ground operations.
