Experience

1-2 years relevant experience in Marine / Offshore oil and gas environment is preferred.

Position Requirements:

2. Proficient in Computer Operations: Skilled in office software, social media, and basic video editing tools.
3. Excellent Communication & Community Management Skills: Proficient in WhatsApp and capable of managing community interactions effectively.
4. Basic Marketing Knowledge: Familiar with local market trends, able to assist in implementing promotional and publishing strategies.
5. Must be able to assist some Chinese clients who do not speak English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Video Content Creation: Assist in producing and editing short videos, creatively showcasing the company's products and services.
3. Community Management: Manage daily interactions in WhatsApp groups, engage clients, and promote company events and services.
4. Marketing Support: Assist with localized marketing campaigns and content publishing aligned with company strategies.

Work Schedule:

• Five days a week: Tuesday to Saturday (off on Monday and Sunday).
• Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
