Support HR Manager in all Company Administration matters
Ā· Personal assistant to Top Management in a daily matter (e.g. looking for flight ticket, sending email, helping with typing out letters)
Ā· Manage and maintain contact list changes
Ā· Arrange accommodation and transportation for our company business partners as well as our staff
Ā· Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents, invoice, etc
Ā· Assist in administration of company insurances, medical claims etc. through insurance broker
Ā· Assist in organizing Company functions and staff welfare activities
Ā· Manage application, renewal & cancellation and related works of work pass for foreign workers.
Ā· Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers. Enroll courses for workers as directed by Project Director / Project Manager / Site Superior.
Ā· Tabulate workers monthly wages.
Ā· Monitor and constantly update workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis.
Ā· Manage and arrange insurance bond for new joining workers.
Ā· Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date workers' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
Ā· Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, MOM surveys etc.

Ā· Proven experience as an admin assistant, office assistant, HR assistant or relevant role.
Ā· Familiarity with office management procedures and able to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.
Ā· Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
Ā· Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
Ā· Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ā· Result-driven mindset with meticulous data-driven working attitude.
