Job Description
- Perform timely and accurate monthly closing
- Preparation of monthly AP and AR

- Check and follow up with payment matters
- Support in finance-related administrative matters

- Income/ Expenses entries into ERP system
- Support in internal and external audit matters

- Prepare monthly payroll

- Handles staff attendance, leave updating

- Assist in the day to day administrative/ operations support
- Other Ah hoc finance projects

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Accounting related qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of work experiences
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under tight deadlines

Job Scope :

1. Assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
2. Assist to ensure goods received in order and in good condition.
3. Assist in Stock Count and verification of packing list.
4. Assist in Packing and Label.
5. Assist in loading/unloading of container
6. Any Ad hoc duties assigned.

Working Hours: 8am to 5.18pm

Requirement:

-Able to carry heavy item

-Have forklift licence would be an advantage

Provide administrative support to daily HR operations such as:Creation, regular filing and closing of physical pfiles;
Arrange for pre-employment checkup with appointed clinics;
Printing of staff pass;
Preparation of new joiner welcome pack ;
Sorting and distribution of incoming physical mails;
Updating and endorsing of dental claims;
Preparation of various HR letters (visa letters, employment certifications, immigration letters, etc);
Assist to prepare monthly confirmation review forms for HRBPs execution;
Assist to prepare exit clearance forms for HRBP’s execution;
Data entries in Fusion;
Assist with exit clearance (collection of company properties) ;
Assist in tracking completion of mandatory compliance training;
Handle ad hoc HR project and any other duties when required.

Partner and work with various teams from inside and outside of IME to help develop leading-edge packaging solutions for our customers, taking the solutions from concept to mass production. Responsibilities will include assisting in operations support in clean room to make sure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

· Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)

· Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.

· Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.

· Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites.

· Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.

· Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.

· Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.

· The candidate may be required to perform shift work (Mon-Fri).

Job Requirement:

· Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering

· Basic understanding on semiconductor process is preferred

· 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor processes (Litho, Etch, CVD, PVD, Plating, Metrology etc.) will be added advantages

Requirements
