Duties

• Provide timely and accurate administrative support to practice management and legal assistants.
• Deliver high-quality, precise work while managing deadlines, adapting to changes, and balancing competing priorities.
• Meet deadlines and negotiate alternate timeframes when necessary.
• Coordinate with business services for urgent mail and courier requests, and manage file systems for both electronic and hard copy documents.
• Participate actively in team activities and initiatives, maintain awareness of correct procedures, and take responsibility for your own learning and development.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
