Responsibilities 职责:

• Ensure the office areas, including reception, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, utilities area, pantry, nursing room, and prayer room, are clean and hygienic. 确保办公室区域，包括接待区、会议室、协作区、实用区、茶水间、哺乳室和祈祷室，干净卫生。
• Clean pantry tables, countertops, refrigerators, coffee machines, water dispensers, and display areas. 清洁茶水间的桌子、台面、冰箱、咖啡机、饮水机和展示区。
• Empty and dispose of trash bins across different areas. 倒空并处理各个区域的垃圾桶。
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies (e.g., tissues, paper cups, beverages), and perform regular stock checks to ensure pantry items are always available. 监控库存水平，补充用品（如纸巾、纸杯、饮料），并进行定期库存检查，确保茶水间物品始终可用。
• Clean cups and utensils, and tidy up tables and chairs in pantries and meeting rooms. 清洗杯子和餐具，整理茶水间和会议室的桌椅。

• Focus on detailed & timely work plan & deadline

• Take project brief, develop adaptations and conceptual design proposals
• Communicate with project teams & suppliers
• Schedule project works, assist with site coordination when needed
• Understand importance of project needs, design and final amendments, obtaining alignments with clients and fulfilling timelines
