Weekly:

• Conduct simple CPD trainings for agents as assigned

Monthly:

• Ensure renewal notices are sent out promptly
• Send renewal notices to agents
• Follow up on status of renewals before their expiry

Quarterly:

• Update assigned agents on their productions

Ad-hoc:

• Issue cover notes and LOIs for Bonds
• Issue cancellation letters to Insureds on agents‘ requests
• Monitoring and following up with collection of premiums from agents
• Meeting/visits to intermediaries‘ offices, updating them on their productions and any new business opportunities
• Work with team members to follow up on annual GIA Agency Renewals/Payments
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Basic $1400 + Allowance + Incentive // Gross UP $3K + Bonus

Your Responsibilities: -

• Deliver goods to different location
• Load and unload goods into company vehicle
• Provide support to ensure proper documentation on delivered products
• Assist driver in location of delivery

• Coordinate shipments, monitor schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
