Assist club manager in various duties and ensures that everything that happens in the gym complies with the Anytime Fitness and club's brand, vision and mission. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Personal interest in health and fitness and hospitality is a plus
• Sales and marketing experience/interest is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with working retail hours and weekends (including PH)

Experience

• Two-year Membership Sales Experience preferred
• New or inexperienced personnel are also welcome

Responsibilities

Member Experience:

• Ensure members are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals
• Monitor and instruct members on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment
• Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends
• Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry

Sales & Promotion

• Promote and sell membership packages
• Promote all Anytime Fitness programs, services and products
• Meeting and exceeding all Sales Targets
• Develop and maintain membership base
• Develop and Conduct Community Outreach Programs
• Able to maintain members numbers
• Oversee sales performance

Attractive commissions package available on top of displayed salary package.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Invoices/ DO for daily deliveries
• Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries
• Liaise with SciMed Warehouse and appointed 3rd party Warehouses for release of goods
• Organise and manage inventory, storage, and transportation
• Ensure safe and timely pick-up and delivery
• Address and resolve inventory issues
• Respond to customer queries and refer clients to the proper channels
• Review customer PO and delivery note to ensure accuracy
• Perform inventory checks (twice yearly)
• Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Familiar with SAP Business One.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks and job responsibilities and is pro-active.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedule.
• Willing to travel to the office located at Pantech Business Hub, Pandan Loop.
• Able to commit the full 6 months
