Requirements:

- At least 2 years of corporate secretarial and compliance experience.

- Language skills: Excellent communication and written skills in English.

- Computer skills: Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point).

- Ability to work independently, multitask and efficiently with the different business units and support teams.

- Team player.

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to all treatment related activities as directed by the Physician
• Ensuring treatment place cleanliness, appearance and safety guidelines.
• Recognize and respond promptly to customers 'enquiries.
