• Issue Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle import shipping documents and Letters of Credit.
• Coordinate with warehouses for shipments.
• Process Goods Receipt and submit documentation for payments.
• Update information on new certificates.
• Assist in local sourcing for new or replenished products.
• Manage claims for defectives, shortages, and missing parts.
• Update product information and supplier profiles.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma holder
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; however, individuals with work experience will be given preference.
• Proficient in MS Office
