Responsibilities
• Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement
• Administration/Employee Data Management matters
• Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns
• Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off boarding and orientation)
• Data management of leave and claims in HRIS
• Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities
• Childcare leave claim submission and tracking
• Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations)
• Handle and resolve employee queries
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirement
• Education – Diploma/degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Experience – 1 year of experience in similar fields
• Computing – Advanced MS Office
• Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of labour law (MOM)
