• At least an "O" level, ITE, or Polytechnic qualification with 1-2 years of working experience, preferably within a civil or structural engineering firm or consultancy.
• Advanced verbal communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (preferred).
• Time-management and multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude towards tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with office applications and a willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Sensitivity, understanding, versatility, openness to change, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Good knowledge of the local Employment Act and Regulations (preferred).
