• Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Responsible for annual manpower projections, budget preparation and submission and utilisation.
• Manage the manpower reporting analysis.
• Deliver human resource operations to meet the service standards.
• Provide performance management guidance to the Leads and the line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
• Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by Leads and line managers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience. HR Experience in healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.

• Possess strong knowledge of petrochemical processes and polymer science, engineering practices, efficient manufacturing operations from raw materials purchasing to finished goods shipment, and quality improvement process.
