Overview

You will assess, diagnose, and implement treatments for a range of problems related to the foot and lower limbs in the primary care setting. Using your specialist skills, you will treat a broad spectrum of patients ranging from low-risk foot conditions such as corns, calluses, and pathological nail conditions, musculoskeletal cases to high-risk diabetic foot ulcers. You will also be involved in the prescription of custom-made foot orthoses. In addition, you will educate patients and family members or caregivers on preventive foot care and the continued treatment of disorders, and conduct talks relating to foot care. You will also contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to trainees and students.

About the role

• Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Develop technical functional specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc.
  Participate in Coding and Code Review.
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
• Provide post implementation support (including production support and service requests).
• Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.

Requirement

• Preferably 3 or more years of IT working experience for Systems related Supply Chain, Logistics, and HR management
• Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using (Angular, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, .Net Core, Web API, MS SQL Server Database, Outsystems)
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations
• Experience in IT business analysis techniques and also Project management
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.

The Student Engagement and Placement Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization by actively engaging the current and past trained learners. You will administer the entire learners’ experience from course commencement to job placement. At the same time, you will also be fostering strong relationships with healthcare institutions and preparing learners for successful job placement. You will also design and administer programmes to engage the alumni graduates to encourage continuous learning so as to enhance their performance in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their specific staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports on learners’ progress and placements.

2. Student Services and Placement Support

• Provide support services to students during their learning journey, including but not limited to career advisory and placement support.
• Organize and lead activities that prepare trainees for employment, such as resume writing workshops, interview techniques, career coaching sessions, and job fairs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the placement programmes by collating data, and analysing reports.

3. Alumni Engagement

• Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through various communication channels (eg. newsletters, social media, events, etc).
• Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to encourage continuous collaboration, learning and improvement among alumni graduates.
• Maintain an up-to-date alumni database and track alumni career progression.
• Solicit alumni feedback to improve programs and services.

4. Adhoc projects

• Assist the Senior Manager/Manager in project deliverables and special projects as assigned.

• At least a diploma qualification in any area of study;
• Experience in student and career consultation services, alumni relations management and event planning and coordination, preferably in healthcare / educational sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
