Key Responsibilities:

4. Administration
Assist the Clinic Pharmacy Manager in the following:
• Maintain the administrative functions necessary for pharmacy operation.
• Adhere to and perform regular audit checks on the accounting, cash handling procedures and policies.
• Prepare the necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Give regular feedback on improving processes and practices.
• Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories and controlled drugs registries.

The Senior / Systems Analyst will work closely with service leads and business stakeholders to identify roadmap of Information Technology (IT) solutions and enhancements. The individual will be responsible in one of the specialties: technical support to Radiography Information System (RIS) or Laboratory Information system (LIS) in meeting business requirements. 1. Job Purpose

Reports to BME Engineers in the commissioning of medical equipment, breakdown services, planned preventive maintenance, decommissioning, and disposal of hospital medical equipment.

2. Provide technical support to all hospital personnel in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment.
