Overview

You will be working directly with cross-functional, cross-institutional business leads to analyse and improve the credit and collection practices for NUHS Cluster.

• Conduct an end-to-end analysis on current credit and collection practices in NUHS Business Office Shared Services with the aim to improve collection rate.

Senior Executive, NUHS Command Centre, Group Care Plan Operations

Overview and purpose of the position

Senior Executive, NUHS Command Centre will assist in the NUHS Command Centre operations in both peacetime and non-peacetime. The incumbent will partner the NUHS hospitals’ operations and command centre teams to ensure the smooth operational flow within the NUHS hospitals. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub), which includes the management of the team of Call Centre Officer (CCOs) and administrative staff, to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You shall conceptualise and translate developmental plans of CareHub’s functions and IT requirements/systems into actionable milestones, workflows and SOPs while working collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to make plans a reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives.

You shall be responsible to ensure service standards and KPIs are consistently monitored, reported with areas of improvements identified and actioned timely to drive the achievement of CareHub’s service standards and KPIs with risks mitigated and managed appropriately. In addition, you are responsible for the training and knowledge function of CareHub to support the Call Centre Officers to be competent in their job and able to handle cases in a professional and timely manner.

You shall drive collaborative conversations and partnerships with stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement/review CareHub’s functions and initiatives which improve outcomes in tandem with the wider community ecosystem. Job Summary:

• Develop and plan training modules in line with latest market trends.
• Execute field coaching, including Basic trainings, Seasonal trainings, and various follow-up trainings to Therapists and Sales Consultants, to improve business performance, customer service and enhance brand image.
• Assess the effectiveness of the training initiatives through evaluation on a regular basis to identify coaching opportunities through regular feedback and reporting and conduct strategic follow up coaching to ensure successful roll out of training initiative.
• Ensure Therapists and Consultants are equipped with the skills required to achieve Brand’s KPI and ensure consistency in customer experience.

• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
