Outpatient setting

• Assists in the day to day operation by performing the following duties
• Provide instruction for patients to change before procedure
• Assist patients in the change room as whenever help is needed
• Assist in lifting, moving and transporting patients

• Attend to patients’ queries appropriately.

• Change the linen in the procedure room every morning and ensure sufficient blankets in the rooms.

Inpatient setting

• Assist to call house-keeping for terminal cleaning or disinfection of the room
• Give and remove/assist toilet/bedpans and urinals to inpatients
• Answer patient’s call bell and render assistance to patient
• Provide good patient care and be attentive to their need
• Help to observe changes in patient’s condition, and escalate as whenever necessarily.
• Assist radiographers / nurses in patient transfers in the procedural area.
• Prepare patients for imaging/procedures (e.g. risk factor screening, change patients)
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new healthcare assistant (HA).
• Keep good record and adhere to Patient Data Protection guidelines
• Assist in the inventory stock tracking and monitoring, by topping up the supplies in the ultrasound room and inform the supervisor if the stocks need to be replenished.

2.2 Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

• Maintain general housekeeping of procedure areas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by radiographer in-charge / radiographer on duty supervisor.

Role Overview

The production/operations coordinator reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for overall factory management and efficiency of manufacturing processes. This role involves overseeing daily manufacturing activities in the Pilot Plant Factory, sales & logistics operations to ensure production efficiency and timely order fulfilment.

Specific tasks include:

Factory Production

· Manufacturing of functional ingredients, premixes and functional food.

· Factory equipment process optimization, procuring new equipment

· Facility management including all needed certification and licences

· Planning of production schedule through coordinating equipment, labour, and material availability.

The Centre for Family and Population Research at Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting 2 Postdoctoral Fellows for the project. This research project aims to develop an evidence base on the role of gender inequality in shaping women's health in low and middle-income countries (LMICs). Using the life course framework, it endeavours to illustrate a series of novel pathways linking gender inequality and gender-based adversities with the health and well-being of women in mid and later-life. The project's objectives include research publications on the topic, the establishment of a global research network on gender inequality and later-life health, and the production of a policy document containing a summary of key research findings, research, and data gaps, as well as policy suggestions.

The postdoc will work with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PIs to develop multiple research papers. Job duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• Data management and analyses of survey data
• Draft and submit papers (at least 3 per year), as a co-author, for publication in high-impact scientific journals with the PI and co-PIs on the project
