Overview

The Job Holder will support the Clinical Services Planning & Integration (CSPI) Division including specialist and primary/community care co-leads, and work with other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and manage the development of cross-sectoral, end-to-end care plans for NUHS Population Health Strategy 6 (pathways for conditions with significant disease burden). CSPI care planning work emphasises upstream preventive care as well as enabling a strengthened primary/community care sector.

The Job Holder will also support the manager in population health programme(s), allied health and medical manpower coordination and administration matters.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end care plans development work

• Provide secretariat and administrative support to CSPI team to facilitate the development of end-to-end care plans for assigned conditions, including:
• Outreach and engaging relevant stakeholders
• Working out theory of change and logic model
• Mapping existing services, keeping abreast of available NUHS and community services
• Identification of gaps
• Propose recommendations, and facilitate / drive partnerships and collaborations with relevant partners
• Supporting and monitoring development of recommendations, with focus on building and augmenting linkages between community and primary care with tertiary / specialist care
• Maintain updates and alignment to national and NUHS group care plans, protocols, and guidance

2. Meetings, engagements and follow ups

• Organise and coordinate meetings and engagements with internal and external stakeholders
• Draft minutes
• Follow up on matters arising
• Maintain the CSPI tracker list and provide reminders to relevant team members where necessary to ensure project and deliverables are completed in accordance to planned timelines

3. Population Health Programme(s), Allied Health and Medical Manpower

• Support team lead / assigned lead on administrative and disbursement matters relating to population health programme(s), allied health and medical manpower purchase and coordination
• Manage and maintain central list of RHSO allied health and medical manpower under the Community Care Team and Medical Director’s Office

4. Reports to management and committee

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to collate information and submit regular reports required by management or committees

5. Any other tasks as assigned

In this programme, multidisciplinary teams develop a future-oriented mobile digital health concept which combines scientific and technological innovations with clinical, industry and other stakeholder needs. It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Leveraging on scalable digital technologies, the team aims to transform the healthcare system towards a community-based and patient centric model along the continuum of care. Job description

The scope of work shall comprise of but shall not be limited to:

Personnel Management (in collaboration with SEC's HR team and FHT management team)

• Prepare, check, coordinate and take responsibility of the hiring processes for FHT with SEC HR
• Manage personnel database and report generation
• Support FHT PIs and researchers on various administrative tasks (eg: contract extensions/changes, new hiring etc).
• Prepare and manage any kind of contracts with actual and future entities/partners.

Infrastructure Management (in collaboration with relevant FHT and SEC teams)

• Manage the infrastructure and resource requirements in the FHT work spaces
• Manage FHT software and hardware requirements with SEC IT
• Organise and manage Assets
• Manage purchase of assets for FHT

Other tasks

• Manage day to day operations to run the programme smoothly with FHT team
• Strategizes process improvements along with the FHT team
• Communicate with CREATE building management teams to coordinate room bookings and IT arrangements for meetings
• Assist in meeting logistics (ex: coordinating guests, arranging food/IT etc logistics) as needed during meetings and events
• Assist FHT in simple Finance tasks where needed

Overview

Senior Executive, NUHS Command Centre, Group Care Plan Operations

Overview and purpose of the position

Senior Executive, NUHS Command Centre will assist in the NUHS Command Centre operations in both peacetime and non-peacetime. About the Role

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assist in delivering training programmes to maintain high levels of information security capabilities of stakeholders in the four entities in scope (i.e Board members, EXCO/Senior Management, staff, agents, Tech staff, contract personnel, agents and third party service providers).

• Oversee the delivery of security awareness for third party service providers with critical and high risk to AIA Singapore.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH | YOU WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related degrees.

• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years’ of experience driving security awareness programme in major tech firms or  regulated organization (e.g. Government, FIs).

• Good conceptual knowledge of cybersecurity threats and processes.

• Highly driven professional passionate in the world of cyber security and keenness to share knowledge to the wider audience in this area.

• Hands-on experience in security awareness tools and solutions is a requirement.

• Candidates who had undergone successful attempts at transforming processes through automation techniques, such as RPA, scripting are welcome.
