• Through our training process, you will be an expert in understanding, supporting, and improving the App Review process.
• As a trained specialist, you will demonstrate excellence in determining whether apps are reliable, perform as expected, and are free of offensive material.
• You will screen every app assigned to you based on a set of technical, content, and design criteria. - You will quickly scan app concepts and identify recent app updates changes to assess app complexity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a business partner and work closely with the line to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programmes.
• Provide guidance to employees of business units on HR policies and practices
• Provide performance management guidance to managers and heads of department on concerns such as staff counselling, career development and disciplinary actions
• Handle disciplinary issues and grievances of employees of business units to ensure issues are being resolved fairly
• Implement business unit employment engagement strategies
• Manage manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for business unit

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. This position is part of the Global HR Payroll team which is collectively responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll using the UKG platform for our global payroll locations, which include Asia-Pacific countries and some European countries. This associate will respond to frequent and urgent requests for information about payroll, work with third-party payroll processors, maintain policies and procedures, and support the overall processing.

• Manages the administration, processing, disbursement, and accounting for the countries under the team’s care
