Duties & Responsibilities

As part of NOV’s Corporate Regional Payroll Team based in Singapore, the role of Payroll Specialist will work alongside the rest of the Regional Payroll Team which provides multi country payroll processing and support. This role will be directly responsible for supporting the business units in Australia and New Zealand.

The Payroll Specialist’s responsibility is to ensure the timely processing of the monthly and semi-monthly payroll calendar, with an ability to work to stringent deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of tasks regarding the monthly and semi-monthly payroll for Australia and New Zealand.

• Assist with balance sheet reconciliation queries.
• Preparing payroll data for SOX testing and audit purposes.

• Consolidation of different payrolls in different countries

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and ownership to the range of computerized systems used in the laboratory.
