Position Summary

The Merchandising Specialist will support the merchandising team in acquiring products and materials for the retail stores. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of the procurement process. The Merchandising Specialist will also assist with vendor communication, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Communication

- Assist in communication with vendors and suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and availability.

- Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.

2. Purchase Order Processing

- Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Verify product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Manage order discrepancies.

3. Product Sourcing

- Support the team in researching and sourcing products or materials from various suppliers.

- Gather information on product quality, pricing, and availability.

4. Inventory Management

- Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels by coordinating with the inventory management team.

- Update inventory records and monitor stock movement.

5. Master Data Management/Reporting & Analysis

- Assist in new item creation and pricing maintenance.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, vendor contracts, and related documents.

- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.

- Update sales and inventory report on regular basis across all stores

- Track product KPI and propose action plans if needed.

6. Administration Support

- Provide administrative support to the buying team, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors.

- Handle routine correspondence and follow-up tasks.

Requirements

- Diploma and above or has more than 2 years of relevant experience

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor communication.

- Knowledge of SAP Retail is an advantage

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Intermediate to Advance Excel

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Candidate with strong QA background in API/Bio manufacturing plant and experience in external inspection management and internal audit

Main responsibility/scope:

- Conduct Internal audit, audit CAPAs follow-up (discussion of response) and management of open audit CAPAs

- Support external inspections (logistics and backroom support)

- Quality review of documents related to Data Integrity (Audit trail review, data integrity risk assessment, ERES assessment, Data Mapping)

- Support for other areas (Quality risk management, QMR tasks and regulatory submission) in terms of management of open tasks, revision/routing of documents

- Event organization and/or other administrative tasks as assigned by Manager/Delegate.

Responsibilities:

• Earn NEW annual recurring revenue with a primary focus on driving Microsoft Azure
• Recruit and develop sales relationships with new and existing channel partners to add new end-customer workloads to maximize consumption
• Work with targeted partners to develop their sales, marketing and technical readiness
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and close sales within your assigned base of partners
• Maintain a high level of expertise on Cloud offerings – including product schedules, technology benefits, pricing schedules, and certifications as needed
• Collaborate with a variety of internal resources including presales technical consultants, customer success managers, and post-sales support
• Execution of marketing programs, developing channel and end-customer demand generation
• Exceed quarterly sales targets by selling and increasing IaaS consumption into existing and new customer accounts
• Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market intelligence
• Creation of commercial proposals for the services and solutions we offer
• Identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Work closely with vendor team to drive collaboration and GTMs and provide timely updates on progress
• Represent Ingram Micro in vendor events and industry functions.

Qualification and experience:

• 3 years of B2B technology, preferably with cloud/IaaS technology; Google GCP knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques, and sales skills
• Demonstrated understanding of strategic selling principles and order management
• Ability to dig deeper into an organization and take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.
• Successful track record of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent over achievement against targets.
