This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include administration, education and training, collaboration and partnership, and secretariat functions.

The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Responsibilities include development, implementation and monitoring of meal plans, educating participants as needed, collecting dietary data, and performing administrative duties to ensure the studies’ success and compliance. The staff will work closely with Principal Investigators of intervention studies, collaborate closely with the research team, food service team, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Centre’s Director as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The staff will hold a few key responsibilities, including

(1) Intervention study coordinator:

• Recruit and interview study participants for the intervention study
• Implement methods for collecting dietary data, including detailed food intake records and compliance monitoring.

What you will do

• CPU Testing Binning Strategy & Realization
• Production volume ramp-up support which includes fast-turn-around test program delivery/optimization and cost reduction through yield optimization and test time reduction
• Cross collaboration with Design/DFT/DV/TE team to enable efficient test-case simulation and (mini)ATE bring-up

What you will bring

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• Min 7 years of CPU related Chip Mass Production Experience is a MUST.
• Software+Hardware Testing PCB built
• Familiarity with CPU Testing (ARM/MIPS/SNPS etc)
• Cross-site working experience is a MUST.
• Experience with Foundry, Post-Silicon, FPGA, DVT, SLT debug is a PLUS.
• Smart-Phone Adv. ASIC consumer product HW design experience is a PLUS.

Job Description:

• To manage Logistic Sales and Business Development in Air, Ocean, Local Transportation and Warehousing
• To deliver presentations towards customers in South East Asia and Australia, and initiate regular business trips for such sales activities
• Promote existing customers’ retention, cross selling and upselling
• To Build and lead a strong Business Development team, achieve both short-term/ long-term target (monthly/semi-annual revenue & profit performance review)
• To Establish national supply chain strategy, to ensure that Team grow quickly to become an absolute top tier logistics company in South East Asia and Australia
• To Lead a team of int’l freight/express sales and Cooperate with procurement experts, drive the team to perform and deliver results
• To closely monitor trends on rates of Air & Ocean freight and work with procurement experts to secure competitive price and stable space
• To Achieve sales target, present the performance in reports and internal regular meetings (weekly/monthly/semi-annually)
• To manage/monitor sound Business Opportunity (Inventory) level of all Sales Team in South East Asia and Australia
• To set up Go-To-Market strategy by region and make sure the sales activities go in line with the strategy

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree above
• Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
• English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus

QUALIFICATION:

• 15 years+ experience in logistics
• 5years+ experience in New Business Development/Sales experience
• Leading/Directing/Managing experience in a Global forwarding company
• Experienced in large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts
• Experienced in logistics IT system (FIS/WMS/TMS)
• Previous job promotion experience
