You will be part of the Programme Planning Division in KidSTART Singapore Ltd. (KSL), which includes the Programme Development Department. The Programme Development Department’s key task is to lead in the planning, development and review of operational policies as well as oversee capability building strategic planning for implementation of the KidSTART programme, so that KidSTART is implemented efficiently and effectively, in collaboration with internal/external partners and stakeholders including the families and children. This is a full-time on-site role for an assistant chef butcher at Seoul Restaurant.

• Provide general administrative support to both the HR and Accounting including maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry and processing the mail.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company objectives.

• Track and report on sales and business development activities, including pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.

• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 5 -years experience in marketing, engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

• Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry and relevant market trends is preferred.
