Job Scope:
• Handle public correspondences
• Partner departments and public agencies to improve service quality and court user experience
• Publicise and implement service initiatives and resources to motivate officers to excel in service delivery
Requirements:
• 2 – 5 years of customer service working experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
• Good attention to detail
• Able to empathise with others
• Able to think on the feet and devise solutions resourcefully
• Good time management with the ability to multi-task well
• Excellent team player who is also self-driven and can work independently
Contract Period: 1 year
Salary: $3500 to $3600 / month
Working Location: Havelock Square
Working Arrangement:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
