• Collaborate with training institution on the training needs of the organisation’s employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
• Experienced in navigating grant applications from relevant organisations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with the scope of the role.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Training & Development experience
• Good understanding of HR practices including the Employment Act.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work.
• Good working attitude & self-driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in office software applications including Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

· Reviews and processes purchase orders

· Maintains records of goods ordered and received

· Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price to meet high quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Support the office on all administrative matters and ad-hoc orders (stationeries, pantry supplies, business cards, letterhead, festive items and etc.)
• Updating of staff information in database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
• Handles project insurance and its insurance claims
• Answering and filtering incoming telephone calls and receiving visitors and serve refreshments

• Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms
• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, social media stories, and event recaps
• Support in the creation of other marketing materials such as blog posts, social media graphics, and email newsletters
• Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and produce engaging video concepts
• Help coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup
• Manage post-production tasks, such as editing, adding effects, and preparing videos for publication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and basic CRM knowledge. Experience with live streaming or event coordination is a plus.
• Attributes: Proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with a creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and audiences.
