Job Description:

Our Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for the warehouse management and inventory control, which includes:

• In charge of physical inventories, stocks and warehouse storage
• Issuance of component, stocks and tools, including replenish stocks at refill station
• Receiving of stocks and containers
• Handling inter-company stock transfer, which involves consolidating stock transfer slip and recording them in system
• Arranging for rework and repacking
• Raising requisition for monthly refill station, non-standard item or any adhoc request
• Maintaining the accurate records in excel database and physical stocks
• Conducting inventory stock counts
• Ensuring all goods are stored properly and adhere to organisational standards

Job description

1. Assist in Human Resource functions and administrative matters
2. Processing of monthly Payroll ( Working with a Team )
3. Update and maintain of employee individual's personnel files and records
4. Assist in training administration arrangements for internal / external courses
5. Assist in dormitory arrangements, assignments, involve in application of work pass renewal
6. Assist in WICA / H&S claims administration

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in HR field with payroll experience

• Experience with relevant software libraries and frameworks, such as OpenCV, PCL, or Pytorch.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts related to 3D reconstruction, including geometry, optimization, and statistical methods.
• Track record of publishing research papers in reputable conferences or journals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
