• Self-Managed Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading heavy goods at each destination is required, as we do not provide assistants or equipment. You are expected to complete this within your working hours, which may impact your driving time.
• Paperwork and Reporting: Detailed, tedious logging of hours, vehicle condition, delivery documents, and cross-border declarations are expected without dedicated administrative support.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Regular maintenance checks and minor repairs to the vehicle during each shift, regardless of working hours. Repairs are often self-funded and reimbursed later, if approved.
• Customer Service: Expected to manage customer complaints independently on delivery-related issues, including delays or incomplete orders, even when these are beyond your control.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of driving experience with a Class 4 or 5 driving license in Singapore. Must be comfortable with extensive cross-border trips and have thorough knowledge of Malaysian roads.
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure with limited managerial support. Good physical condition for loading and unloading heavy goods. Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting.
• Additional Licensing: Must hold valid permits for cross-border transport. Reimbursement for any license renewals is not provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, and FWL.
• Responsible for day-to-day HR operations such as leave application, attendance, medical leave & etc.
• Liaise with government bodies CPF Board, MOH and MOM.
• Handle application/cancellation of work pass for employees.
• Maintain all employees data and update of information changes in the payroll system.
• Provide support for office administrative duties, data-entry and filing of documents.
• Answering queries through phone calls/emails / social media.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirement

• Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of local employment laws & HR related matters.
• Experience in F&B will be preferred.
• Pleasant personality, able to communicate well with all levels of people
• Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

The main role of this position is to conduct periodic preventive maintenance to minimize the occurrence of faults and malfunctions as well as breakdown maintenance to equipment and facilities

- Daily inspection of physical facilities and equipment to ensure

- Assists to upkeep a list of spare parts

- Puts up requisition to replace faulty parts on facilities

- Trouble-shoots electrical/ technical problems and able to perform electrical repair and maintenance as required

- Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors

- Ensures contractor/vendor adhere to KTS’s safety rule and policy.

- Performs administrative tasks as assigned such as submission of incidence reports, updating of facilities records, etc.

- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs

- Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Nitec or equivalent certificate in Building, Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience in a factory environment/Electrical work

- Able to work independently without supervision

- Demonstrated problem solving skill

- Good interpersonal skills, strong technical background with analytical mind

- Proficient in MS Office
