Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and programs to identify and recruit candidates
• Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
• Manage statutory and compliance submissions such as CPF, taxes, work pass applications etc.
• Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
• Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
• Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
• Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
• Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

•  Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
•  Excellent communication skills
•  1 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry (Optional)
• Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
•  Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
•  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

• Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist software
• Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
• Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
• Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
• Submission of claims through various insurance portals
• E-filing of patient details/chats with patients
• Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
• This role will require standing in as a chaperone for patients

About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Warehouse Manager in ensuring efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Provide a safe working environment, adhering to the necessary safety procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
• Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
• Provide Quality Control and Assurance by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

What We Are Looking for

• Qualifications such as a diploma in Pharmacy or Supply Chain Management will be favourable
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Pharma setting
• Ability to build, lead and motivate a skilled team able to meet objectives
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development ·
