Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of a variety of local dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes.
   Prepare and assemble ingredients for coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
   
2. Coffee Brewing:Operate coffee machines to brew a range of traditional coffee / tea. Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of coffee equipment.

   Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure accurate order delivery.
   
6. Quality Control:Monitor and maintain food quality throughout the preparation process.
   Assist in inventory management, including restocking and rotating supplies as needed.
   
7. Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations:Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of waste.
   Report any kitchen equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role in a food and beverage establishment is preferred.
• Knowledge of local dishes and coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Need to grasp the fundamentals of facade design at the very least. It is essential to have experience submitting BIMs to authorities.

• Needs to be adept at managing their time.
• Need to be able to work with little direction
• Need to be aware of the worksets and worksharing features of BIM and possess good observational skills.
• Needs to have a positive working attitude and be a team player.
