Responsibilities:

• Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
• Co-ordinate internal processes involving other business units (R&D and supply chain) for customer enquiries & sample requests
• Co-ordinate and handle specific export shipments
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD
