Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
• Oversee the brand's positioning and development, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's image and values.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and social media marketing, advertising, and promotions.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Efficiently manage and update management's appointments and schedule
• Facilitate errand-running on behalf of the management
• Coordinating meetings, events, conference calls, and interviews
• Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, minutes recording, liasing with 3rd-parties vendors for various projects

• Proficient in Mandarin Language to translate reports from English to Mandarin vice versa
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in offline and online productivity tools like the Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based applications
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and meticulous, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
