• Meet and greet passengers warmly and politely
• Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
• Safely lift passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs/aircraft when required
• To identify passengers' name, flight information and special service request details, to ensure that they are taken to the correct destination
• Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage

Job Description:

• Involve in monthly closing including AR function and AP function
• Perform AP duties which includes payment processing (Manual, GIRO and System), and ensure proper supporting documents for approval of payments
• Perform payment duties for posting/checking of coding for expenses and payments in SAP
• Knowledge of SAP is a good advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistics support.
• Create purchase requisition and orders, follow up with supplier and client.
• Liaise with external party (delivery) and arrange delivery schedule.
• Assist in packing, QC check, delivery and collected as and when needed.
• Assist in regular stock inventory.
• Ensure proper record keeping and filing for all administrative and logistics documents.
• Assist in promoting and carry out sales assign by department head.
• To provide general secretarial support to Managing Director whenever needed.
• Ad-hoc duties if director and shareholder come visit.
• Other duties assigned by department head.
