Job Description

• Answer customers’ queries and prepare quotations
• Handle and arrange import and export shipments
• Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping documents, rules and regulations for the respective countries
• Issue custom permit
• Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas agents
• Perform data entry for freight services
• Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding industry
