We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Administrative and HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. 1. 3. Data Entry and Reporting:Enter and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
   Generate HR reports as required, maintaining data accuracy.
4. Assist in Recruitment:Post job openings on job boards and company website.
   Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the hiring process.
   Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
5. Employee Relations:Be a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist employees with general HR-related questions.
   Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
