As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers and other subject matter experts with extensive industry experiences. • Support the configuration, development, support and maintenance of Integrated Risk Management Solution (“IRMS”) (e.g. ServiceNow, Diligent, Workiva) to support risk management, control assessments, audit management and compliance processes
• Gather detailed technical and functional requirements
• Configure IRMS based on technical and functional requirements using SDLC concepts and agile methodology
• Design and build systems integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL)
• Design and develop solutions to include modifications to the applications, forms, flow, workflows, reports and any other configuration required

About you:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Risk & Compliance) / Archer Certified Administrator or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecting and deploying IRMS, with a strong knowledge of data model and relationships
