• Other projects to support key global treasury initiatives

Credit & Collections

• Responsible for AR collections of Orbotech China AR covering both Flat Panel and PCB divisions
• Directly managing 2 AR collectors based out of China
• Significant interaction with China sales account team, and Division Finance organization
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures
• Work with Wipro team to properly apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
• Assist in managing credit risk exposures for both Flat Panel and PCB divisions
• Other projects to enhance efficiency or improve Days Sales
• Outstanding (DSO) metric for department (IT or process related)

Minimum Qualifications

Key Role:

• Responsible for the Software project delivering a Software solution or an upgrade of a Software solution for controlling of a system.

The selected candidate must be able to perform all day-to-day accounts receivable transaction such as invoicing and reciept, including reliably and accuarely verifying sorting, calculation, posting and recording the data, and tax filing.

He/ She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting, or the monthly yearly finalizing of accounts for audit purposes.
