MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive the Natural Rubber Sustainability Strategy definition and execution;

· Define and manage the best suited metrics and governance to assess the ESG performances, risks and opportunities out of Pirelli Natural Rubber Suppliers and Supply Chains;

· Contribute to ESG Risk Management and Due Diligence procedure continuous improvement and deployment;

QUALIFICATION & BACKGROUND

· At least a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business management or engineering;

· 5 to 8 years’ work experience in sustainability and/or procurement roles in international/complex organizations;

· At least 2 years of subject matter experience in the natural rubber business (or similar industries) and expertise in social compliance, human rights and labor conditions, environmental and health and safety;

· Strong strategic vision and entrepreneurial mindset combined with both analytical skills and project management experience;

· Strong internal and external stakeholder management and ability to interact proficiently with all levels of the key functional stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Sustainability, Compliance, …);

To work with the Director, Student Recruitment and Admissions, for the planning and managing of the University’s student recruitment strategies, operational plans for marketing, outreach and promotional events, competitor analysis and budget management. • To manage and review all enquiries and feedback from interested applicants/signed-up applicants.

Website Management

• To ensure accurate and up-to-date information relating to SRC’s sections on the SUSS website.
• To copy edit/vet all publicity materials relating to SRC before the information is posted on the SUSS website.
