Job Summary

As a business partner, the role is responsible for maintaining the Bank’s Technology infrastructure capability, supporting the business activities across Retail, Wealth & Private Banking Segment. • Facilitating the evolution and agreement of balanced business risk and commercial service level agreements between business groups and Group Technology;
• Ensure that country/ region’s exposure to each form of technology risk is understood and managed. Ensure regulator and external audit 2-way communication, submission requirements and reporting needs are met by Group Technology to address any such legal and compliance expectations. Provide resource to complement Group Technology model as needed.
• Oversight of Technology and Information Security Risks in the region. In line with in-country cyber R & R issued by CISO. Work closely with the first line owner for Information, Communication and Security Risk in the country.
• Ensure Country/Region adheres to Internal and External Sourcing Policies and Procedures related to Technology
• Effective management of all Technology risks including reporting high or very high rated risks based on Group materiality thresholds to the relevant Risk Committees
• Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
• As required, act as the first line risk owner under the Group’s risk management framework at the appropriate level, e.g. Country

ATLAS is searching for a dynamic Events & Reservations Manager to lead our existing Reservations & Host teams and provide oversight to our retail offering. We have an opening for a Business Development Manager for our B2B corporate/ enterprise business. The incumbent is responsible for generating new business from Importers, Exporters, Software companies, logistics and shipping, new economy businesses e.g. Market Places with cross-border payment needs. Given the pivotal stage of the company and its ambitious growth plans, this role could be professionally transformative to anyone aspiring to build sales career in the fintech payments space. And in keeping with this theme, the compensation structure for the role includes a large and attractive variable component to incentivize and provide fair reward for results.

Key Responsibilities:· Source business accounts/ prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives.· Work with the SingX Marketing/ Product/ Treasury teams to identify customers’ needs, challenges and technical requirements and develop solutions leveraging SingX’s product capabilities.· Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives and revenue goals· Provide timely and accurate information to management on opportunity status and forecast· Build strong client relationships; engage and influence key decision makers for deepening relationships and sourcing referrals.· Contribute towards SingX’s product and services capability build by sharing knowledge of industry best practices and other new ideas based on experience in the field.

Requirements:· 2-10 years of relevant work experience in either Foreign Exchange/ Cross-Border payments/ Corporate Cards· Preferably a Graduate or professional qualification from a recognized university· Proven track record of success in delivering on sales goals· Strong negotiation and closing skills· Persistent, dependable, coachable and with high integrity· Ability to work under pressure and meticulous attention to detail
